If you think you know all there is to know about the 'Wicked Witch of the West', you may wish to think again after you have seen the popular stage adaptation of Wicked the Musical in London's West End. Some theatregoers choose to see Wicked because they think it is based on the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz', but Wicked the Musical is in fact the reimagined 'Oz' stories by Gregory Maguire. Be prepared to be spell-bound as you take to your seat for Wicked the Musical London.

Follow the untold story of a friendship between two girls, the beautiful and popular Glinda and the misunderstood green-girl Elphaba who first meet at Shiz University as sorcery students. Through a chance encounter with the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the lives and continuing friendship of Glinda and Elphaba take a dramatic turn. The encounter with the Wizard has a profound effect on both girls as they ultimately fulfil their destinies as 'Glinda the Good' and Elphaba – 'the Wicked Witch of the West'.

Not only is Wicked the Musical spell-binding audiences across the world but the theatre industry is loving it too – ever since dazzling Broadway back in October 2003.  This spectacular stage musical, with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, has won over 90 international awards including the 2010 Olivier Award for Most Popular Show and the 2010 and 2011 Whatsonstage.com Award for Best West End Show. Wicked has already been seen by over 36 million people around the world and currently has 6 productions running. The West End production is now in its 10th year at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre, where it is the 8th longest running West End musical theatre show of all time!

London theatre breaks to see Wicked the Musical start from only £129 per person and each package includes: return coach travel (except for self-drive), overnight accommodation in a quality hotel, hotel-to-venue transfers, free time in London plus Wicked the Musical tickets with the option to upgrade to better seats.

Brit Louise Dearman made Wicked history by being the first actress to play roles of both witches, Glinda the Good and Elphaba (the Wicked Witch of the West)
