On a mid-summer's evening in July, the Boston Landmarks Orchestra performed Baroque in Boston in the field adjoining Pinebank. An audience of over 1,000 listened to Charles Ansbacher conduct pieces from Bach. This is the experience that a reconstructed Pinebank could offer:

Climbing the granite stairway from Chestnut Street

or crossing the Jamaicaway

Bicycles were a very popular mode of transport
This event proved that Pinebank is a very accessible location for performances, and that a restored Pinebank would be an invaluable resource for the Boston area.
